Indianapolis contractor is seeking Concrete Polishers.  Will be responsible for the polishing of concrete floors to specifications.  Qualified candidates must be knowledgeable in the proper sequencing of diamond grit as well as application of dyes, densifiers and sealers.  Must be knowledgeable with the following:

HTC machine or equal
Diamond Tooling
Concrete Dyes
Densifiers

Must have basic hand tools, able to operate numerous concrete repair tools, able to read and understand blueprints, layout jobs from blueprints, and lift 100 pounds.  A pick up truck is also required.  Candidates need to have reliable transportation.
Candidates must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen and criminal history background check.

We are a trade contractor and must have field workers available for the locations in which the jobs are located; this may include out of town locations, weekend work or days and evening shifts.  We offer full benefits – Health – 401(k)

Required Physical Abilities:

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, use stairs and move from one area of the building to another on a regular basis
Sufficient near vision acuity to read information appearing on computer display screen, in handwritten forms, and printed on paper
Adequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by telephone
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 100 pounds unassisted
