Description
The Concrete Restoration division of a local company is seeking experienced Concrete Apprentices – Epoxy/Resinous Coatings.  Be part of a great team with opportunities for advancement!  We specialize in the professional repair and restoration of virtually every type of commercial and industrial concrete application; from the most technologically challenging repairs, to structural enhancements to waterproofing, coatings, cleaning and restoration.

Candidates will be responsible for overseeing and carrying out duties necessary to complete projects.  To train helper job classification in knowledge of duties and responsibilities of an apprentice.

Candidates must have working knowledge of one or more of the following job categories:
  • Epoxy injection
  • Coatings
  • Concrete polishing
  • Shotcrete
  • Decorative flooring
  • Structural concrete repair
Candidate must have 2-4 years of experience, be able to operate numerous concrete repair tools, have basic knowledge of the construction/restoration trade, and work well with crew to accomplish production and quality control goals.  Candidate must be able to work in all weather conditions, at heights off of scaffolding or man lifts. In addition, the ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and for continuous periods of time is required.  Candidates must have reliable transportation.  Candidates must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen and criminal history background check. 
 
We are a trade contractor and must have field workers available for the locations in which the jobs are located; this may include out of town locations, weekend work or days and evening shifts.  We offer full benefits – Health – 401(k)
 
 
 
Required Physical Abilities:

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, use stairs and move from one area of the building to another on a regular basis
Sufficient near vision acuity to read information appearing on computer display screen, in handwritten forms, and printed on paper
Adequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by telephone
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted
