Indianapolis contractor is seeking a Sales Estimator/Project Manager.  This position is responsible for the timely preparation of bids for concrete restoration projects and the satisfactory completion of the projects the company is awarded.  The candidate will work to assure projects are completed with the highest standard of quality in the most cost effective manner.  Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree or three years related employment experience is required.  Must have a high degree of accuracy and exactness, strong mathematical skills, including application and use in problem solving, and technical knowledge of materials.  Candidate must be able to manage time, with attention to detail, pro-active approach to potential problems and the ability to communicate professionally with external and internal customers.  Candidate must also be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen and criminal history background check.  Full Benefits - 401(k)   

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to bend, stoop, reach, stand, use stairs and move from one area of the building to another on a regular basis, sit and use a computer for a long period of time, manual and physical dexterity needed to handle paper documents, sufficient near vision acuity to read information appearing on computer display screen, in handwritten forms, and printed on paper, adequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by telephone, ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds unassisted.
