Indianapolis contractor seeking Coating Mechanics. Qualified candidates will be expected to own their tools. Must be experienced in the following applications: epoxies, urethanes, deck coatings, and specialty coatings. Must be able to work well with others and maintain a good working environment, along with a positive, constructive attitude. Candidates need to have reliable transportation, and be willing to travel and work out of town for multiple week durations. Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screening and background check. $29.00-$32.00 per hour depending on experience

Required Physical Abilities:

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, use stairs and move from one area of the building to another on a regular basis
Sufficient near vision acuity to read information appearing on computer display screen, in handwritten forms, and printed on paper
Adequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by telephone
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted
