Description

Positions are open for working concrete foremen for projects in the Indianapolis, IN area. At least 10 years of increasingly responsible experience in concrete field operations with at least 3 years’ supervisory experience with concrete restoration projects is required. Candidates must have a proven track record with day-to-day supervision of the field crews to ensure that our projects are completed on time within established company drug, safety, operations standards, and estimated budget. Our concrete foremen work under the general guidance of the field superintendent and serve as the essential internal professional to coordinate and oversee all field activities on assigned projects.  
 
The successful foreman will work, train, and supervise on-site employees for all projects assigned,
Complete all paperwork as required,
Ensure that all work is complete according to company and product standard
Maintain all tools and equipment assigned to the project,
Ensure that all required workforce and materials are onsite as scheduled,
Complete necessary project documents as assigned,
Assure all Company safety, OSHA, and EEO requirements are being met,
Make certain that all work is completed according to the specifications for the project.
Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen and criminal history background check.
$32.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience

Required Physical Abilities:
 
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, use stairs and move from one area of the building to another on a regular basis
Manual and physical dexterity needed to operate a computer keyboard and mouse and handle paper documents
Sufficient near vision acuity to read information appearing on computer display screen, in handwritten forms, and printed on paper
Adequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by telephone
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted
